Who is WebMaster Mechanic?
Hi. My name is James and I am a Manager of Software Development. I live in Goodyear, AZ and work in Scottsdale, AZ. I won't bore you with a long resume filled with acronyms that you don't care about but I would like to share some of my background with you.
My first career was in the automotive industry. At age 30 I returned to school and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

During the day I develop for and support Enterprise class Global applications that tens of thousands of businesses worldwide rely on. At night and on weekends I work for you.
Customer Service
Have you ever been frustrated when talking to a computer programmer? I have, and I am one! Some software engineers talk in technical terms that are irrelevant to the client, causing confusion. I believe that my background makes me different. During the 12 years that I worked in the automotive industry I talked to customers about their vehicles every day - in terms that made sense to them. That is my goal for your website needs - clear, concise communication. Of course if you happen to be interested in learning more about certain technologies, well, then I will release my inner geek!
